I picked up my 2020 Shaker Scat Pack a few weeks ago and promptly got my break-in miles in. Since then I've done quite a few pulls "in Mexico", most of them just to 60 mph, taking care to not do any full quarter mile runs. With about 1,100 miles on my stock (mid-muffler delete only) Scat, the Dynamics Package with the All-Seasons (275s) in 95 degree temperatures, on paved roads.....I've managed a sub 2 second 0-60 ft, a 4.1 0-60 mph, an 8.4 eighth at 89 mph, and a 10.0 0-100 mph. I realize these times aren't crazy fast in general, but with the tires, temps, and roads I've been on, they've surprised me incredibly so. Has anyone else gotten these types of numbers on a stock Scat in similar conditions?

On all seasons? Either that's an automatic or you're a natural with a clutch.

Yea, its an automatic, using track mode. No way I could do that with a clutch. Frankly, being that I am not using launch control or power braking it, just literally trying to modulate the throttle and roll through as little spin as possible, its probably much more the car than me. All of this can be taken with a grain of salt because the times I am talking about are from the Performance Pages, not an official timer, and I have no idea how accurate they are. I'll get it on a track eventually, but if those numbers are even within a tenth or two, I'm impressed with the car in those conditions.

Depending where you look, the advertised 0-60 times are either 4.2 or 4.3 seconds, so 4.1 sounds about right stock, especially with the A8. Best I've done in my 2019 T/A 392 M6 with Indy 500 305/35s is 4.2. With the factory Pirellis my best was 4.6.

Yea, that is what has surprised me the most about it. I did not think I could get a 4.1 on the stock 275 Pirelli All-Seasons on a dusty paved road. I definitely spun slightly in 2nd and 3rd, so it makes me wonder just what it would do on a track with drag radials. Seems like with those additional advantages, I should easily be able to break 4.0.

I just got a SP Widebody and have only gotten to 4.3, hit that time three times in a row. Car only has 450 miles so not sure if that matters. same as OP I just tried to roll on throttle, no launch obviously given the miles. A lot of fun having all the timers and stuff built into the car.

Those Performance Pages are a blast!! Since posting this, I managed a 4.0, 0-60 on the stock Pirelli All-Seasons, as well as an 8.3 eighth at 91 mph, and a 9.5, 0-100. However, now that temperatures have dropped a bit, it has been hard to get below 4.3, with only sporadic 4.2s, with alot more tire spin. It will be interesting to get some drag radials on it next summer and see how much of a difference there is.

awesome that's encouraging, I'd like to get 4.0 or perhaps just under I'm at about 675 feet elevation so on a good day I think I can get 4.0 or perhaps a bit under. I've only tried a few times and 4.3 was my first attempt. Same as you temps are dropping and im on the all season P Zeros but I'm sure I can get a better initial launch.

My best 0-60 on all season Goodyear 275 20's was 4.1 and my best 60 ft time at a 1/4 mile track with same tires was 1.87, no burnout.
With summer Firestone Indy 500 tires in 275 my best 60ft was 1.79 with a light burnout, driving with a rotary motorcycle hand control as I'm a paraplegic. Burnouts are a challenge with this style of hand control because it often sticks at WOT which can be a little disconcerting when trying to stage. Lol

This is very interesting, can you show us the controls?

4.1 is not bad on an unprepped surface with the stock RSA-2 245 tires. I think that was the best I ever did. With drag radials you can do much better. With a prepped surface (track) you can do better. My best is a 3.4 at the track on drag radials.

Dang 3.4 is quick! What was your 60ft and 1/4 mile time on that 3.4 0-60 track run?

Thank you!
While I do feel bad for anyone in a situation like that, I am pleased that there are options out there that a generation or two ago didn't have. So left hand on the control, and right hand steering most of the time, very interesting. And I like how there is the edge of Plum Crazy peeking into the picture as well

Yes no reason to feel bad! There are always folks who are having a lot more health challenges than a paraplegic. I' m happy for what I still have/can do and take nothing for granted.
Plum crazy has always been my favorite muscle car color since seeing it for the first time in the early 70's. Dodge/Plymouth have always had so many killer color options.

Umm... that had to be a fluke...
55F on the street. Warm 36psi in the rear tires. TC off. Stock 275 3 seasons Pirellis. Slipped the clutch for a split second until I felt it hook then let it fly. Felt very little hop and drove through very little slip. Grabbed 2nd and 3rd wide open like a nut. It felt GOOOD. Can't say it's very repeatable tho. Not on these tires and cradle/diff bushings.

Awesome run!!
I've been super impressed with my car so far. Excited to get some Nittos on it and try the track. Yesterday I did only my fourth or fifth quarter run and got a 12.2 at 116 mph. I bested my prior 9.5 with an 8.9 0-100 mph. None of that was even my best 60 foot!
